The Initial Situation

This patient presented with:

🛠️ De treatment step by step

1. Removing of the failing teeth and placement of the implants

In a single surgical session, the remaining teeth were carefully extracted and 6 implants were placed in the upper jaw. Thanks to precise digital planning, the procedure was performed with maximum accuracy.

2. Placement of the temporary bridge

In the same day or a few days later a fixed temporary bridge geplaatst ( zie foto onder ). De patiënt kon onmiddellijk eten, spreken en lachen met vertrouwen — zonder uitneembare prothese.

3. Healing period ( 3 months )

During this time, the implants were given the chance to properly integrate into the jawbone. With careful aftercare and clear instructions, the healing process went smoothly.

4. The definitive fixed bridge on dental implants

After 3 months, we placed the final bridge — fully custom-made, aesthetically refined, and long-lasting. The result? A natural, healthy-looking smile that met the patient’s expectations in both function and appearance.
