You can easily schedule an appointment with us via this form or by sending an email to afspraken@amidentis.be. During an initial intake consultation, we will gain a clear understanding of your dental condition by taking the necessary X-rays, allowing us to accurately plan the necessary check-ups and treatments. We strive to address your issues as efficiently and effectively as possible. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible via phone or email. If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, no additional costs will be charged. Please note that canceling within this timeframe significantly reduces the likelihood of securing a new appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in enabling us to provide the best possible care to all our patients.
